Supervisory Board Westwing Group SE
The Supervisory Board of Westwing Group SE advises and monitors the Management Board in its management of the Company. In this regard, the Management Board informs the Supervisory Board regularly, promptly and comprehensively about all matters of importance to the Company. All decisions that are of fundamental importance to the Company are aligned with the Supervisory Board.
Christoph Barchewitz (Chairman of the Supervisory Board)
Christoph Barchewitz is CEO of the Global Fashion Group S.A. and has extensive economic expertise in both operational and strategic matters.
He was first appointed as member of the Supervisory Board in 2018. Currently he is appointed until the end of the Annual General Meeting that resolves on discharge for the fiscal year 2025.
Dr. Antonella Mei-Pochtler (Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board)
Dr. Antonella Mei-Pochtler is a self-employed Entrepreneur at Pochtler Management GmbH and has excellent entrepreneurial expertise due to her many years of work as a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group.
She was first appointed as member of the Supervisory Board in 2018. Currently she is appointed until the end of the Annual General Meeting that resolves on discharge for the fiscal year 2025.
Michael Hoffmann
Michael Hoffmann works as a self-employed Management Consultant and Management Board Member of the non-profit association Münchener Tafel e.V. and is independent financial expert with particular expertise in the area of audit, including sustainability reporting and its audit.

Susanne Samwer
Susanne Samwer is Finance Director of HZG Additive Manufacturing Tech Fund and has as (former) Manager for Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory as well as (former) Consultant at mytheresa.com extensive and long-standing experience in the areas of financing, investments and corporate transactions as well as auditing.

Aymeric Chaumet

As an experienced entrepreneur and investor with more than twenty years of professional experience, he has extensive expertise in brand development, growth and business management.
